　　Over 15+ years experience in IC design, implementation and management, including complex communication systems, DSP, CPU, HDTC/Set-up box chips. Familiar with design flows and sign-off of chips, such as specification, rtl coding, synthesis/STA, DFT, placement/routing and physical verification, etc. Holding a PhD and Master Degree in this area in a prestigious University in the world. Covering both front-end and backend designs in SoC area. Successfully taping out over 20 chips.
