　　1988年本科毕业于中国药科大学，1991年获得中国药科大学药物化学硕士学位，2000年获得中国药科大学药物化学博士学位，2001年至2002年在University della Carabulia进行博士后研究工作；1991年硕士毕业后于中国药科大学任教至今。

　　主要从事天然产物全合成、半合成、药物合成和构效关系的研究，具有多年的科研实践经验，具备独立开展科研课题的研究能力。主持完成了两项江苏省自然基金项目两项，主持完成南京市留学人员科技活动择优项目1项，参加国家自然科学基金3项、重大医药专项1项及中医药管理局项目1项，主持横向课题15项，近两年来，在国内外学术刊物SCI、及核心期刊上已发表论文六十余篇，申请专利十六项，其中十四项获得授权。主编教材两部。获得江苏省科学进步奖三项，多次获得国家教育部及江苏省教学成果奖。
