　　主要经历
　　1988年留学日本，获博士学位后曾任助理教授、副教授，研究员。2002年回国任教授、博士生导师。IEEJ会员，IEEE高级会员，中国电机工程学会高级会员，国际大电网组织D1工作组成员。中国电工技术学会工程电介质专业委会委员，中国电工技术学会电线电缆专业委会委员，中国电机工程学会高电压新技术专业委会委员，中国机械工业教育协会高电压与绝缘技术分委会委员，天津电力学会高电压专委会副主任委员。IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation 副主编，Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy 编委，绝缘材料编委。主要从事高电压与绝缘技术理论与实验研究工作。发表论文300多篇。
